They were the sellers agent while we had our own buyers agent. They made us use there own escrow company which tried to charge us 3x the normal amount. Luckily we were able to catch it and call them out on it. Both buyers and sellers have probably never called them out and have over paid on their escrow fees because of this sneaky company. They also threatened us for more money if we didn’t wire the funds immediately. Avoid if you can.
