3) When completing the sale, Abel also HELPS HIS CLIENTS with docusigns and other papers, so the process goes quickly. HE SPENT TWO HOURS HELPING US! He also HANDLED DETAILS like giving the buyers openers for the garage doors, changing the name on the electric bill, and so on. Doing such things on your own can be aggravating
