I had called Fadi because I was concerned with the structural integrity of a section of my home's foundation. He had asked me multiple questions and what solutions I had already tried. He couldn't confirm exactly what the problem is because he was not looking at the house, but suggested some plausible causes as well as other solutions to try based on the information I gave him. All of this advice was free of charge. He was upfront with his costs, but wanted to save me some money by telling me to try the other cheaper solutions first and then to call him to come out if none of them worked.

I appreciate that Fadi willingly gave me advice and really pushed to try other solutions before going back to him. This saved me a lot of money and also made me realize if I ever did need a Structural Engineer in the future then I would always go with Fadi.
