We give Patricia Green/Abbitt Realty 5 stars and wish there were more to give. We bought and sold homes in a span of 4 months with minimal stressors and very favorable outcomes from both transactions. This would not have been possible without the guidance and total leadership of Abbitt Realty’s Patricia Green. Patricia is knowledgeable, compassionate, intuitive and clearly loves her job . She is “THAT” realtor and will leave no stone unturned or questions unanswered when it comes to getting you the maximum return on the purchase/sale of your home. We never really realized how great things were going while in the process until that final signature allowed us to take a breather and look back. Now that the entire process is done we’ve come to the realization that it should not have been so easy and this woman is a rare gem when it comes to buying/selling homes. She was so in-tuned to our needs that even when we strayed off topic she was still listening. This has been, hands down, the best experience with buying and selling a house, ever. We move a lot for my husband's job, and dealt with some pretty crazy realtors in the past, but the amazing people at Abbitt were the best ever! Kind, friendly, understanding, you name it! Our experience with Abbitt Realty was excellent. Our agent, Yvonne, was friendly, professional and diligent. After the first meeting she quickly honed in on exactly what we were looking for. The market was challenging because houses went on contract within one day of going on the market, but Yvonne made herself available to us even after hours.
