Alicia created a design to refurbish our aging clifftop gazebo and cliff-side stairs. We are so pleased with the results. Alicia is very professional and able to describe the plans for a layman. She worked with our requests in order to not change the nature or character of the existing structure. She also referred us to a home designer exactly suited for us. We would definitely work with Alicia again.

Alicia provided a structural review of our residential building plans. Throughout her review she took the time to explain her thoughts, provide useful suggestions, and include me in the process. Her review included multiple changes which led to a more efficient use of the home and allowed us to use a shallower 2nd floor system. I learned alot and feel more comfortable going into construction.

Finally, Alicia prodived excellent after review service when the county had minor questions. Overall she was prompt, professional, and an overall pleaseure to work with.

Alicia is amazing. I am trying to build and I the City of Charles Town provide some complex requirement and I thought it was too much. She too agrees and is researching it. I have contacted several people and not helpful at all or dont return any calls. Thank you for your help
