Absolutely amazing experience. I had a horrible experience with an engineer that didn't know what he was doing and was scamming me. Milad completely saved the project for me and helped me get permitted for a deck I had built. He was there from start to finish and always available For questions. I honestly don't know how he does it. As busy as he is. He explained complex engineering things to me and made it understandable. He has the patience of a saint. I will absolutely work with him again with future projects and I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone. He was so understanding with my whole situation and never rushed me or made me feel pressured. There's a lot of stress that goes into construction and he eased it immensely. Work with him!

M&N really came through for us in a pinch. We had a structural issue with a remodeling project and Milad was able to visit within 24 hours to inspect and offer advice & solutions. With other engineers, we might have been waiting a week or more just to get an inspection. Hoping to hire M&N again for a future project!

I’m not sure about all these other reviews. 5 Star is so rare. They did ask us, reviews should be at will, not asked.

These people lack communication, and was not helpful in design thru out the entire process we were left in the dark. The design presented to seems like a cookie cutter. They would do whatever you say, without constructive feedback. Example: If you do this then it would be more cost or if you do this then this….non of that. We felt like we were the designer and they just drew it up. This showed at the end.

After permits and fees were finalized, there were unexpected changes that were not approved by us. There were many simple mistakes in our drawings. Again, no communication during this time.

We found a contractor to look thru the drawings to give us a quote. Our cost doubled due to non standard framing measurements. No communication or thoughts put into consideration of the customer. Now our drawings is wasted.

When it was time for billing, the communication was constant. When asked for change and verification, no one called us. How can we pay more for unsatisfied poor service? They reached out for payment and not to go over the design.

All they want is your money and draw what you want. We are not the designer They don’t work with you or communicate with you. Find a referral, there a plenty out there now. Save you money, time and headaches.
