I've lived here for going on 4 years. And I'm not going to move from here. It's so peaceful and quiet here. There's so many deers here. You're on the outskirts of Nashville but just enough outside of it where you do get that "in the country" feel. Everyone here is so kind! I've been here and been through different owners and managers as well. The manager and her husband are working hard to make this a beautiful place and they are doing a great job. You want a "Family feel" your going to find it here. It's quiet day and night. This really the best place to live!

I have lived in this park for a total of 12 years. There has been a lot of new changes in the last year or so and the changes are for the better. The ones running the park really seem to care about the tenants and their homes. The maintenance guy is nice and down to earth. Out of the many different managers and owners I have lived here under these are the best by far. If there is a problem it may take a day or two but if there is an emergency they are there asap no matter the time. I'm grateful they are willing to better this place for everyone.
