I can't really comment on the quality of work, as my job was never completed. I contacted Quality Designs in July to draw plans for a residential home. Emailed him the plans and revisions I wanted. When I contacted him in mid August to let him know I would be in AR the month of September he stated was about 3 weeks out. On August 30 he emailed me stating he would get to them that week. I contacted him that Friday, Sept 3 for status, he stated he has worked on them the previous evening and that morning, but by the conversation we were having I could tell he had not looked at the plans yet. It was unprofessional not to have told me from the beginning that he would not have time to get to job in a timely manner. I moved on to another company but this has delayed my progress.

Our builder used them to draw up our plans for the house we were building. We had some communication issues in the beginning but in the end we got a good price and they delivered exactly what we asked for and assured me they would be available if anything else was needed. I would use them again.
