I’m a 22 yr retired military veteran and I’ve traveled the world and have dealt with many, many, many property managers in the various locations I’ve lived. But David Kahn in by far in class all by himself! Hands down best of the best! I was stationed in Alabama and bought a home around 2009, and left due to orders late 2012. Since the moment I left (and started to rent my home) to the day I sold that house July 2022 I’ve always dealt with the same realtor company and I honestly have no complaints at all. About 2 years ago I wanted to sell my house, I spoke with David Kahn and he advised me to wait a little longer until the market got a little better, so I took his advice. I re-engaged with him to sell about house about 3 months ago and the only thing held it up from being sold was literally a force a nature. A tornado had hit that area and did some minor damage. As I worked with my insurance company he diligently worked with the appraisers, claim adjustors, companies to fix the damages etc. not only was he able to still to sell my home but during all this turmoil he was extremely patient and knowledgeable as well. He and his company are “straight shooters”! Would I recommend them anyone? Heck yea with a doubt in my mind that the customer service they will provide cannot be beat. Again I thank you for all your help and if I ever return to that area I will definitely seek assistance from your company and no one else
