The worst experience. The crew they sent to survey my property couldn’t find property boundaries. Very incompetent. Made up marker locations. Reduced the acreage that was already filed for decades in county records. They were incorrect wrong. Do not use this company to survey your precious property.

Professional, on time with excellent customer service. Dustin and his team surveyed my home property. The crew was courteous and efficient. I had a sewer line easement issue that required some extra measuring/staking as well as some expert explaining. I really appreciated the additional time they took to not only carefully mark off the easement but also discuss and explain how the regulations work with the city. Five stars!

We were very satisfied with their service and price. Jay C. did everything to make this smooth. Only problem was before we got in contact with Jay, the crew was not communicating and they wouldn’t answer calls or emails. But as soon as Jay stepped in we saw the difference and he got the job done.
Great prices.

Our project was very complicated and a little over 2 acres. Even though I put some cons i gave them 5 stars. Jay really went over and beyond.

I originally hired this company on April 13, 2019. I was told they had a 2-3 week wait. I said that was OK as I had built in enough time to accommodate this wait. Three weeks later, I have had no communication from them so I initiated this with a phone call to Dustin Mills. He assured me that it was going to be done this week. It was not done. The next week, I called him again and he said he would check into it. I requested a call back to give me the status. Two days later and no call back, I called again and was told that it would be done Thursday or Friday. Well, it is Saturday and still a no show.
It has now been exactly 5 weeks since hiring them and I still have no survey.

I am a real estate agent, and my client and myself had a surveyor who didn’t have the knowledge to finish a project due to some specifications required by a railroad company. We were recommended H&M. We spoke at length about our disappointment with the lack of communication and diligence from the last surveyor that took over 3 months to produce a survey for us. They assured us that they would be in communication and provide an expedited response. When asked about timeline they said they would have it done in two weeks ( despite them denying this claim now) to both myself and my client. We have currently been unable to receive a timeframe from them for completion despite being nearly a month into this. No one seems to be able to give us a deadline and seem to assume that this infinite timeline they have prescribed themselves is an acceptable business practice. I understand that sometimes when you gain new information that timelines can change from the initial one provided. However, to move the goal posts on timeline every week, makes you seem either incompetent in that you can’t appropriately understand how long tasks should take within your own industry, or you are dishonest and just have not prioritized it to be done. I will gladly remove this review as soon as someone can give us a definitive completion date that we can hold you accountable to. Please note the date of 04/23/2020. So you can see how responsive they are themselves if this review is still present.
