I reserved a spot on their app which was easy to use...I had a discount code which i used and dropped the already low price lower..as soon as I pulled up someone came out to assist me..he was very polite and pointed out my spot and called shuttle for us..at end of the trip calling for shuttle service was easy by way of the app..they are conveniently located very near the airport..it was a great experience. I will definitely use The Parking Spot again.

I have used this service many times now. The prices are great and the shuttles are very efficient. The drivers are always very nice and accommodating and are speedy to get you to the airport and vice versa. I highly recommend. There are also discounts for AAA.

We have been using The Parking Spot for the past five years and are very happy with the service. Convenient location with an excellent staff. Jose our driver was professional and courteous. They are constantly prompt on drop-off and pick-up. We have always felt comfortable leaving our vehicle for an extended period of time, knowing it’s secure. We highly recommend this company when flying out of CLT.

This is my third time using The Parking Spot near Charlotte Douglas Airport. In the past, It was great service and friendly people and it was a cost friendly. This time, it was still great service and friendly people but it cost me over $80 to park from Sunday afternoon to Tuesday evening and that was with a Triple A discount. I really have to think about this before I choose to park here again.

Conveniently located close to the Charlotte airport. Safe, secure, and easy to get to and from. Great value for the money. My only concern is with the shuttle from the airport back to the lot. There was a huge crowd When we arrived in Charlotte on Sunday afternoon and not enough shuttles for the demand. Some customers had to wait for 6 or more shuttles before they could board to get their vehicle. This part needs to be more efficient or the Parking Spot may lose customers.

Parking was convenient and close to the airport. Prices were unbeatable for the security and ease of parking. The App was great and being able to see where the shuttle was while we waiting at the airport to pick us up and take us back to the parking lot was a win! Being dropped off at our car was a major plus! Only suggestion would be to have more shuttles running during busy arrival times to the airport. One shuttle showed up, but too many people were waiting and we had to wait for another shuttle to show up. Based on arrival times all their customers input while booking their reservations, that should tell them how many people are going to be showing up at the same time. One would think. I’ve see this issue in other reviews. Looked like they had only two shuttles running, and should have had at a minimum of 3 (based on the amount of people that needed picked up at the same time). At the end, exiting the lot was convenient and they had free bottles of water! Customer service was excellent and our driver was very professional and kind! I would park here again!

Picking up in the TPS lot and picking up at the airport were great. Very quick and was nice when our flight was delayed 2 hours getting into Charlotte and we didn't get our luggage until about 1:20 am and had virtually no wait for the shuttle. Driver going to the airport was very helpful with heavy luggage-driver coming back didn't help at all and is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

EXCELLENT! My 1st time utilizing this service and it was wonderful!
I didn't have to wait at the lot or airport but a couple of minutes.
Lost my ticket for my spot on my trip - driver was very kind and helpful.
Additionally, I saved lots of money by booking early.
I have reservations for my next trip already made.
HIGHLY recommend!
