Payton did a great job marketing and selling land that we owned. He created a terrific marketing video that was so creative that I wanted to buy our land. because of that video and Payton's online presence, we received (and accepted) an offer in about 2 weeks that was well above what we thought we could get for the property. We are already involved in a purchase deal with Payton and expect to engage him anytime we need a realtor.
