My fiancé and I just purchased a Carrington Creek new build and have had such a great experience. The process was smooth, everyone was friendly and attentive from start to finish, and the house is just absolutely beautiful. They showed obvious pride in their work and even checked on us after we moved in. I also have to mention that we looked at over 25 houses in one day and it was clear which homes were Carrington homes, because they are just that good! The attention to detail is unmatched. Highly highly recommend!

We love our new home built by Cary and Terri and team at Carrington Creek. The staff were a pleasure to work with throughout the process. And that included extra effort expended accommodating our schedule around living out-of-state while building in Fort Smith. From the beginning we were impressed with the included amenities and the creative customizations as we molded the baseline design into our own space. Once completed the attention to detail and craftsmanship in the work really stood out. The few issues that inevitably showed up in the pre-buy inspection were dealt with quickly and without any drama leaving us with a home we're proud to own.

I love Carrington Creek Homes! They built my house and it’s beautiful! They really care and listen to your needs! I moved from Calif and they built it before I moved to Arkansas! We worked thru lots of FaceTime and phone calls and of course texting! Wouldn’t have anybody else build for me!
