Ladies and gentlemen if you need vinyl windows, you need Budget Windows of Texoma. I first begin that you must be patient during the ordering process as your windows are custom made for you, made in the USA, and are made only after your order is placed. It took about 15 weeks to get ours, and it was worth the wait, no exceptions. The product that I was shown is the product I received.

Sherri was outstanding in scheduling the installation, and clearly explained the process and answered all of my silly questions. Sherri was responsive to my texts and phone calls.

Rob Lamar and his installation crew were on time, ready to work, and wasted no time getting the job done right and completed efficiently. Yes there was some extra dust, but the work areas were clean, inside and outside the home. While today is the first day with our new windows, we already see and feel a temperature difference in the home. The windows look absolutely amazing, and the quality of installation and caulking were beyond expectations.

I stand behind this company with my own reputation and would encourage all who are interested in replacement windows to please get in touch with Tony or Greg and let them make you as happy as my family is with their product.

I was scheduled to have a quote done for one window in September. I was notified that the person scheduled to come out could not due to personal reasons.

We rescheduled for later in the week. Once again, he could not come out due to personal reasons.

I rescheduled for today at 8:30 am. Received a text that he could not come out until after 2:00 pm.

He never showed, texted, or called. I took a personal day from work to stay home.

I have no clue what’s going on but very disappointed. It’s only 1 window.

I will be going somewhere else!!
