My baby hair is pretty. The appointment was at 10:30 got there at 10:15. I ran errands came back at 12:30 my daughter hair was only washed and blow dried. Braiding did not start til 1pm. The person I booked started her hair and when her next client came in she passed my daughter off to someone else to finish her hair. If I am paying you why aren’t you finishing her hair. She didn’t get finish til 3pm

I have to give this salon a 10/10, I am a first time client who found this salon a day before because my daughter's usual beautician cancelled last minute due.to a health emergency. I wasn't a big fan of not being able to sit in the salon with my daughter to ensure quality service, yes this is a drop-off service salon, however, I waited outside and the wait wasn't that bad at all. The end result was amazing!!! My daughter came out looking cute as ever and they make the children feel empowered by letting them pick different bows and beads which as included in their service!!! The price was affordable and the service was quick and my daughter had no complaints! Janaiya did great work on my daughter! I loved the 15min call before her service was completed to ensure I was on my way back if I had left. Very nice. I loved the communication to ensure she delivered the results I wanted.And I would totally bring her back!! Keep doing your thing!!! We appreciate yall, you came in clutch when we needed you the most and you definitely delivered quality results! Happy client over here! Any questions about if you should book? My first time taking my 5yr! Will definitely be a monthly customer. I have heard mixed reviews but what I saw was great. They cater to our babies like we are in our Beauty Salons. They include in the overall price, shampoo, condition, blow dry, all braid hair (if extensions needed), hair accessories (beads, ribbons, etc.) Absolute Best! No parents allowed. Drop kids and come back in 2-3hrs!

The braids were perfect and super fast. However, the service was subpar. My child’s braider was very dry and unwelcoming. She literally did her job and that’s it. Even my child, 8, noted the demeanor. For a kids salon, you’d expect much more of a warmer environment but it kind of reminds you of an African braid shop experience. It was perfect for what I needed but if I return, it would be more for convenience than anything else. I’ll try to sift through reviews to see if there’s a “nicer” braider bc they were sooooo fast and the braids were good enough. I just didn’t care for the service at all and I’m a person who would pay MORE if it meant better service and experience for my kid. Kindness goes a long way for me.

The level of unprofessionalism I received on Saturday January 27, 2024 was unreal. My daughter has been going here for almost 2 years and is a regular. I booked her appointment for individual braids in the back of her head and cornrows in the front weeks prior. Upon arriving the two stylists were talking amongst themselves about who should take her when I booked with Ms. Ashley. I showed Ms. Ashley the hairstyle, left and got beads and 25 minutes later returned only to see my daughter in the waiting area I left her. An hr and a half later she claimed my daughter was not cooperative and asked where i was. I came there and my child was washed and blow dried however the hairstyle was not even attempted and Ms. Ashley claimed her back was hurting and she did not have the energy to deal with my child today but is willing to do ponytails in her head just not braids. She clearly did not want to do the hair as soon as she came into the establishment. However, the appropriate thing would have been to cancel the appointment ahead of time as customers are required to do. They definitely lost a loyal customer and I will NEVER recommend after what I experienced. If i could leave zero stars I would. My daughter had professional princess pictures to take the very next day and her school pictures were the upcoming Wednesday

If you’d ask me to rate this shop base off my first experience. I would give It 10/10. My daughter has been here three times as of today and I’m disappointed one whomever I booked with was not the one who actually did my daughters hair. I paid $65 for a style that came out just ok but the stylist was definitely annoyed and mean to my daughter. I saw her aggressively sit her into a chair and since I was outside I am not sure if she was yelling at her. But my daughter was snot nose crying when I came back in. The past two times I’ve been at the shop my daughter hair looks tight but right and beautiful. This time I am not even sure if her hair will last more than a week. On top of that I was told as of today that they no longer serve children under 3. Not sure how they knew my daughters age or if It was just directed to her specifically but even so we will not be returning. If you’re going to do kids hair have more patience and workers who are not children themselves.

The service here is usually good. However, when I visited with my daughter this weekend the owner Candra was not present and the staff there were very rude and unprofessional. The braids were mediocre and looked rushed. My daughter told me the staff was mean to her and yelled a lot and the girl washing her hair used bad words. Not appropriate to do around children at all

Great experience! My daughter and I were satisfied with the service. This was my daughter's first salon experience and she felt comfortable. The braids were neat and not too tight. Will come again!
