Hi, My name is NARAYAN BHAGWAT ( popularly known as R B S Narayana) . I was working with India Meteorological Dept. as an Aviation Meteorologist at CSI Airport , Mumbai for last 38 years and now retired . I am award winner from then Hon president of India Mr Ramnath Kovind ji in year 2017 for my best dedicated work in IMD for my articles and published research papers. .

I was having my Late parents independent house at Manewada Nagpur which was constructed in 1990. After sad demise of my parents in 2023 , I became owner of the property being a legal heir and I decided to renovate and add one floor extra to existing ground floor .

I got in contact with Ananta Infta and its porp. Er. Prashant Nikhar at his ayodhya nagar office and discussed plans in detail. After finalisation we did structure audit of house to ensure addition of extra floor and then only did contract was done with MS Ananta infra firm for renovation of ground floor and adding of one floor including interior of ground floor from its sister concer named KAA interiors.

My house is now completed after around 6 to 7 months and was handed overv to me on 6 th Aug 2024.

To my surprise including my all freinds and relatives my house looks so posh and unbelivable thats no one can say it its 30 years old house. Now Rooms look like some star hotel rooms.

In my opinion Ananta Infrastructure provides cost-efficient services with reasonably pricing and easily understandable quotations.

Their approach is clear and transparent, making it easy for customers to understand the costs involved.

They have dedicated team of site supervisors account keepers , electrical experts, civil work laboures, interior designers, pop experts etc for with every professional touch to quality work.

Each one of the team , is fully co operative , ndedicated and carefully understands needs of clients.

After 6 months interaction with all staff and team members including young boys and young ladies of the firm , they all are now like our family freinds .

I wish Mr ( Er.) Prashant Nikhar , prop. cum chief engineer and his dedicated team for all the success with best wishes.

I recommend anyone from Nagpur or vidarbha region who are planning to construct their own house or planning for renovation of old excisting house or interior work , should definitely coordinate atleast once with Ananta infra firm .

My house is a model and live sample and any one may visit to see it to belive it. Than Q all .

This review is as per my personal experience thay they are even not worth of 1 star I want to give them (-5)Star.
Er.Prashant Nikhar was looking after my site work who is head of nagpur office. His commitment is totally worthless.
It was my biggest mistake in life that I have selected them.
They have destroyed our dream to get our work completed and to shift in new home in specified time.
I have given them work of my whole 3 bhk house interior work with material which they told me that it will get completed in 45 days, but in 3 month they have completed only one kitche after our multiple follow up

At initially for taking contract they will say that our owner is interested to do work on your site.But later on after taking money they will not response to you.
Please Dont Go with them,They are totally inexperienced.
They have inexperienced carpenter and engineer.
