Pottinger Realty has been our property manager for years now. I don’t know what we would have done without them. They have wonderful local tradesmen that take care of any problems that may arise immediately and their office and their staff are efficient and a delight to deal with. Very high priced property management. They were overpriced even before they raised their rates.
Edit: The business has asked me to remove this negative review because they claim I don't do business with them. They are asking me to not voice my objection to well-above average and customary property management rates. I have done business with them, and for several years with the prior owner, Nancy. I disagree with their objection
Edit: You're uncertain about my identity? That matters to you? I have experience with your business, and with Nancy's, hence my review. Yes, 'Nanci' as you call her was a different company. Nancy was also you aunt, who sold you the business. Just to be clear.
