We submitted an offer to purchase a home being handled by James Ross. It was hard to contact, James Ross, to the point that most of the negotiation happens directly with the selling party. Once numbers had been agreed-upon, Mr. Ross would change the numbers and agreed-upon plans. We tried to work directly with Mr. Ross, but he would not answer our electronic communication. He struggled, sending us legible paperwork to sign; and tried to get us to sign over pixelated documents that made the material illegible. Once the seller sent us an offer, we responded with concessions, and then Mr. Ross change the offer completely. The contract that Mr. Ross would send over were so poorly written that our realtor would have to write them over for him. Additionally, Mr. Ross did not meet deadlines for contracts on several occasions. Home buying is stressful; he made it worse.
