I had a great experience working with Artistic Landscape Architecture on the implementation of a garden setting for the area between the front door of my home and the backyard. The owner, Josh, came up with a number of creative ideas and the pricing was more than fair. Once we decided on a plan the project was started within days, stayed within budget and was completed in a timely manner. Josh responded quickly to a few minor fixes that were needed after the completion of the installation and I have received many compliments on the results! Josh and his crew started with desert cleanup on our 1 acre lot and did a great job. He then designed drastic improvements in our front yard and additions to our back patio. The total time was over 8 weeks so we spent a lot of time together. Josh and his entire crew are very easy to work with and will do just about anything you ask. The rock work and plants in the front turned out great -- just what we wanted (although we didn't know it beforehand). The work in the back was in perfect harmony with our existing area and the addition of all the trees and shrubs gives us a veritable jungle. I will be working with Josh again and recommend him 100%.

I interviewed four landscape designers who were all members of the Association of Professional Landscape Designers, Arizona Chapter. I chose Josh Gormally because I felt he had the best grasp of what I wanted in the re-landscaping of my home in Sunflower located in Tucson, AZ. His design and installation proved me right. He designed a beautiful, low water, easily maintained blend of appropriate desert adapted plants and hardscape features, within a limited budget, that I am very pleased with. Artistic Landscape Architecture brought life back into our backyard. We had a problem with sun at certain times of the day, a steep slope and a side area with no landscaping. Josh and his team created an expanded patio space, modified the slope and creatively solved a rain runoff issue. Trees were planted along with cacti and native desert plants. A dry desert stream bed was incorporated to which rock and boulders were added. This created an inviting natural space where we now very much enjoy spending time.
