I was looking for a small ranch style home for myself post divorce. Melissa suggested a small two story home. I was surprised at how much I loved this home. Minimal steps to the second floor. The master suite was incredibly spacious. I then wanted an end lot for privacy. Again, Melissa found three different lots for me to select. Melissa assisted me in re-thinking what I ‘thought’ I wanted/needed and realized small adjustments provided fantastic results. Melissa knows not only the quality of the home, but the desired location within the metro area to which I had no clue to where I should relocate. Melissa’s years of experience definitely shine through. Thank so much for your insight Melissa! You were/are a blessing!

In my many years of buying and selling property this last transaction was probably the most chaotic I have ever encountered. We had problems with the loan company and problems with the insurance company prior to closing. Melissa spent many, many hours on the phone with each individual at the loan company and with the insurance agent trying to get everything put together in a two day period so we could close on time . Subsequent to the closing, after purchasing a warranty for $499 two appliances immediately failed. First, it was the refrigerator that was smoking, and then it was the dishwasher that wasn’t washing, .Originslly, the insurance company declined to cover either appliance and again, Melissa worked her magic by spending many many hours on the phone, and was able to get the insurance company to cover the costs as per the policy. In addition, she is the most caring realtor I have ever worked with, guiding my granddaughter around the area to find the absolutely perfect home for my granddaughter and my great grandchildren. I would definitely recommend Melissa as your real estate agent. You will not be sorry.

The rest of the story:
We had begun researching homes in the West Valley of AZ.
Melissa Dierks - The Regal Team was a "suggested" agent.
Bob Dierks from the Regal Team reached out to me. He took the time to listen to what we were looking for, and agreed to meet when we got into AZ.
Bob spent the better part of two days with us looking at homes.
Great patience and no pressures at all.
Our home buying journey is not over and we may stay in the East Valley, but if we settle in the West Valley Bob and the Regal Team will be who we use.
