It took a month to get them out to do my survey, and then we're only there for 2 hours and left with out saying any thing , I called 3 different times each time they told me when they would come and never did. I finally told the not to worry about it and then they said oh we will come out today, by then I was though with them. And then the next day I got a bill in the mail for 300.00 dollars. To bad they weren't as efficient as there billing department.

About 5+ years ago, these folks completed a job for my son and a job for my daughter, and they did so in a timely fashion. Part of this job was to survey my mom's place, which, after many emails and phone calls, never did get completed. She recently passed away and, after the 5+ years of waiting, the family opted to contact another business to complete the job. We recently contacted this other business and they completed the job just yesterday, and in a professional and very timely manner. So, to summarize, very good and timely effort on my son's and daughter's surveying, but not so much the same for my mother's surveying which was not completed in 5+ years and had to be trusted to another business for completion. When considering all aspects of the original job, which was only partially completed, 2 stars is all I can muster since the incomplete portion involved my mother.
