I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with T&T Construction. Their incompetence and lack of accountability have turned what should have been a joyful experience into a living nightmare.

From the very beginning, T&T Construction has demonstrated a complete disregard for deadlines and professionalism. The foundation for my home took an astonishing amount of time to complete, and when I questioned the delay, I was shockingly blamed for "customer delays." As a homeowner, I am not responsible for the construction company's inability to manage their time and resources effectively.

T&T Construction has consistently attempted to shift the blame onto anyone else, with statements such as “Well, we don’t do that” and refusing to take responsibility for their own shortcomings. What’s astounding to me with that statement of “we don’t do that” but what they did do was take exponential amounts of time to do work they claim they do frequently and easily, and then call to add more things for YOU to do and pay for. This is unacceptable and a clear indication of their unprofessional conduct. Now, we’ve gotten to closing and due to delays there are significant fees. T&T refused to pay their portion for the delays and placed the full blame everywhere but themselves. They took MONTHS of the construction process, but have zero accountability for their part.

I strongly advise anyone considering T&T Construction to look elsewhere. Their incompetence, lack of accountability, and willingness to blame customers for their own mistakes make them a company to be avoided at all costs.

I used T&T for snow removal services for a rental property. Incredible experience. It ended up being a big job because it has been a brutal winter and we went without removal for a while in between storms.

They were very responsive, great to work with, and totally professional. I've had bad experiences recently with other companies and feel grateful to have found T&T. Fantastic quality of work and great communication. Highly recommend them. I'm sure their other services are on par and they're wonderful to work with.
