Once again I wanted to post another letter I sent to the owner. Such an amazing opportunity to get to know so many wonderful people/

Hi Bo,
Me again bugging you. You definitely saved the best for last when you had Shane apart of our pool process. You couldn’t ask for a more genuine guy. I really think the caliber of people you have assembled is truly the best of the best. Getting back to Shane, this guy is the most humble and approachable guy I have ever met so far. He’s been so responsive and helpful with everything. He told me Sam hired him. Sam sure did a great thing for your group bringing Shane aboard. I hope you can give him some accolades when you receive this email. He’s a total stud and from what I can see is always wanting to improve the process along the way. Great attitude and a friendly face for sure. Have a great day and thank you so much for running such a top quality business. We’re having Sam work up a bid now to finish the rest of the backyard. I can’t wait to see the finished product. I’ve attached a pic of the pool. I know it’s not much in comparison to most of the others you build but this is a lifetime dream fulfilled for me. I decided to post the letter I sent to the owner Bo of Aquatic. I just got off the phone with him and he’s as great as the people he leads. It’s all about relationships and doing the right thing with these guys. Anyone looking for a pool needs to look really hard at Aquatic. It’s one of the best experiences I’ve had doing something on this scale. You can’t go wrong with these guys. They’re all great!!

I wanted to take a minute to let you know how great the individuals are who represent your company. I was raised in a family grocery store business where customer service was paramount in our dealing with the customers we served. I'm in the healthcare profession now and have led many teams having stewardship of several hundred staff members that worked with the public daily and always taught and expressed the importance of great customer service. Rarely have I come across such a professional and quality team as you have in your company. I called Aquatic first based on the recommendation of the builder of our home, Riley Frei. Based on my interactions with Angela and the fact that she stopped by my home personally in about 20 minutes after I first spoke with her and received the bids soon after I chose not to get any other bids. As a businessman I know the risk of only getting one bid. I'm grateful that I didn't go any further with wasting mine or anyone else's time. Since signing the contract I've had nothing but positive interactions with everyone from your company. Angela scheduled to have Sam, and his team along with Carie stop by and walk me through the process and placement of the pool. I mentioned Carie because Angela wanted to introduce me to Carie because Angela was going to leave for a bit to take care of her Mom and Carie was going to pick up. Angela wanted to make sure I felt comfortable with Carie before leaving. In an industry where there are so many options people can pick from and choose where to spend their money; you can feel confident that your current and future customers will see the same professionalism and service oriented individuals that my wife and I have experienced so far. You truly have a dream team. It's rare to have such a collection of talented individuals together at the same time. You have done well in bringing each one of them aboard. I look forward to continued satisfaction with Sam, his team and everyone else not only to completion but going forward as well. I have to mention that several of my colleagues have gone with other companies and in sharing our experiences with each company I feel extremely fortunate that your team was the one I chose. Aquatic Pools is the only company to call if you’re wanting the best to build your dream pool. We almost went with another company, but my gut said to give Aquatic Pools a call and I am glad we did. We got the exact pool we wanted and Aquatic took our ideas that we had in our heads and made it a reality. Having been in the construction business, I was extremely impressed with each crew that came out and worked on our pool and the stamped concrete decking. Kristina and Sam were great and are true assets to the company. To me, what really defines a great company is the way they handle things when they don’t go as planned. There was an issue with the putting green they installed, but Sam came out on a couple different Saturdays to figure it out. What they ended up doing shocked me. On their dime, they had it 100% rebuilt with 100% new materials. So now we not only have our dream pool, but our dream backyard. From start to finish Aquatic impressed me 100% and they are the only company I recommend. Thank you Kristina and Sam as well as all of the awesome, hard working people that made our backyard our paradise. I also want to thank Casey and Bo Kort for being that company that actually cares about their clients and the quality of work their employees do. They could have easily said too bad so sad, we got our money, but they didn’t. Not only that, but Sam contacted me today to let me know that we actually over paid and have a credit coming back to us. Professional, hardworking, creative, and honesty is what you get when you hire Aquatic Pools.

I’m am so disappointed with Aquatic Pools. We purchased a salt water hot tub and the extended warranty less than a year ago. We were promised they would be there to help anytime we needed. We have had a lot of issues with the hot tub since we have purchased causing the need to drain and refill twice so far. We had to call constantly and get upset before we got help the first time which we were told was an issue with leaving something inside the pipes during installation. Now, having same type of issues again and we’ve been trying to get service for more than two weeks. They don’t Return calls and they never show up. The hot tub has been in fault more than it’s worked since we bought it. When my husband went to the office he was Told ‘you’re still on the list’. Brian finally called a three days ago and told us to add salt and call back if it didn’t help. It didn’t help and now we can’t get a call back again.

Aquatic started strong and competent. Told us that we would have 3 way calls weekly. My husband and I were told communication was there thing. Very little communication ever happened. When payment was due we got something done the next day. My Husband called Rocky last Thursday to ask when we can expect the city inspector? Rocky told my husband I will call you back.........8 days later. Nothing. We are still waiting on our pressure washing on our deck and our final approval from the county. I am very disa
ppointed in this company. They sell LIP service ! Going on 4 months now.
