My company contracted Altam to build us a commercial autoclave and 8 aluminum carts to sterilize our mushroom substrate. Their initial projected completion time was 6 months, but it took them over 2 years to finish. When we finally received the autoclave, we discovered that the carts were missing, and that still hadn't completed them. They finally shipped us the completed carts after another 4 months, but when we received them we discovered that they had only supplied enough hardware to install the casters to 3 of the 8 carts. It took them another 2 weeks to finally ship the missing hardware.

Altam manufacturing has the best ASME certified welders. Altam always does a excellent job . Fernando and Luis are awesome and always give their customers a hand.

Altam Manufacturing is great! Remember to ask for Fernando! He is knowledgeable, patient and professional. He went out of his way to send me pictures/videos of their products in order for me to understand their functions and usage. When we received the ramps, the quality was great - it was firm and they really took the time to paint the ramp beautifully. Service was phenomenal and we received the product earlier than expected. 5 Stars for sure. I will definitely be ordering more suppliers from Altam Manufacturing in the future. Thank you Fernando!
