The owner (Ed Blalock) is a rude ahole. Badly built homes, and don't clean up after their messes. I got a flat tire from their construction mess, not once but twice. Reached out the second time to work with them but the guy was a complete douchebag about it. Don't use these people. You're better off somewhere else. 🙂

We made an offer on the Parade of homes house and it was beautiful inside and out. Had big yard but it failed the home inspection as water was leaking in the front dinning room wall. It has to be redone. Poor workmanship and a rushed job. Other issue is the heating and air conditioning units were from 2017. Remind you this is the builders Parade of homes show case house. Stay away
