Derek Rose was very helpful, answered all our questions and if he didn't know the answer he find out the answer. He does not push you if you a buying a house or selling a house. He is real professorial and kind. He helped us purchase our grandson home. so when our daughter wanted to sell her home and purchase one closer to us Derek is the one we turned to. You can't go wrong by using him as your realtor.

Derek was a great asset in the process of getting our first home. He was very informative and honest about everything from day one. He had guides to help us, especially since we were first home buyers. He was quick on giving us updates on different houses that were in our buying range and fit our likings. I was really impressed with how extremely quick he was in getting us set up with house viewings. House hunting is stressful, but he took a lot of that stress off our shoulders.
