We have now used Sara Peter’s on four occasions. Obviously she is AMAZING to do this. We have sold 2 homes and bought 2 through her. She has always been completely honest, upfront and reasonable. Even when it’s not what you want to hear. Our last purchase kept going crazy with the oddest things happening. Sara was right there the entire time jumping through every single hoop, trying to make sure everything happened as it was supposed to. She spent countless extra hours. I’m sure some of her own money and took time away from her personal interest to make sure we were taken care of. After the purchase of both of our new homes, we were able to reach out to Sara who would get answers for us investing personal time that she was not paid for. I can tell you for sure this lady will go above and beyond the call of duty always trying to help everyone. 10/10 recommendations.

Sara Peters was not my realtor, she was our seller's realtor. In our contract we asked the seller to hire a professional cleaner before the occupancy ended because there were animal feces in the home. I have my own medical problems & we also have dogs with very sensitive immune systems. Mouses & cat feces could cause my dogs or myself to get sick. The seller signed & agreed to hiring a professional cleaner & we received a $500 receipt for the cleaning company "Mary's Cleaners." Once the seller vacated the property, we inspected the home. The house was NOT cleaned. We found mouse poop all over, cat pee in the closets, dirt & dust everywhere. We even found broken glass all over the living room floor. All the door knobs & light switches were sticky & had a dirty film. You'd think that would be one of the first things cleaned, right? I have over 50 pictures of how dirty this home was after it was "cleaned." We decided to do some research on "Mary" and could not find her business anywhere on the internet. There wasn't even an address listed on the invoice. We decided to call the number listed on the invoice & it appears she is not a professional & does not own a cleaning business. Mary (the cleaner) seemed clueless to the whole situation & was very rude. We contacted our realtor but he had no service during his camping trip so we called Sara. Sara claimed Mary was at the house for TWO days, cleaning. If this house was cleaned for two days, you'd expect it to be spotless, right? She offered to pay for a cleaner of our choice to come back out & do the job properly. However, Sara only paid the company for 2 hours of work. This house would've required much longer than 2 hours of work. The cleaners only got to the kitchen & both bathrooms in the 2 hour timeframe. We ended up doing the rest of the work ourselves, cleaning up mouse feces, dirt, cat stains, etc. We are very frustrated with this whole situation & expected more from both realtors involved, considering the seller signed a legally binding contract.

Phillip Faucette has been our amazing realtor. I originally got his number from a listing when driving around Fort Smith. He responded right away and even when I told him we didn't have lending yet, he stayed in touch and sent me listings. Every other realtor stopped responding or being interested the moment we said we didn't have local lending yet (even though we'd been pre-approved with a national lender). I appreciated his attentiveness and friendly demeanor, albeit via text. Once I secured local lending a few weeks later he jumped right in and kept sending me listings and inviting me to see houses in that area despite us not being sure if we wanted to go that far after all. We had even started working with another realtor in Fayetteville and Phillip persisted. The prices of the homes and the size of the homes in his area were too good to pass up. we started making trips down to see several houses per trip and he stayed patient and determined. He always gave us his honest opinion, and had a great sense of humor during the whole experience. I'm happy to say his persistence paid off and he lead us to getting an offer accepted on a great home. I'd highly recommend him to anyone considering the Fort Smith/Van Buren area. He knows his market, he knows his industry and he is an all around great realtor to work with.
