Severely lacking in integrity and character! He had land for sale, agent told us the restrictions, 'no building to block lake view' was not told verbally (agent said she had not been made aware) when offer accepted and contact signed...it was not listed. At the offucial closing the restrictions were not the same as initial and buliding restriction was listed. Would NEVER deal with used car salesmen type of person!!

Randy is the BEST agent we have ever worked with!! He is extremely knowledgeable on everything and I mean everything about this area!!
He was extremely friendly and professional and answered every question we had no matter how trivial they may have seemed. Believe me we had plenty, he even answered ones we never thought of. We were looking at property in the area to build our retirement home. After contacting the different listing agencies who had a few of the properties we were interested in and NEVER hearing back from them. I reached out to the chamber of commerce for area information. I received and email and a written letter from Randy Worlow from Worlow Land Company. I contacted him and after a month or so of getting info from him on different properties we met up with him. First off he is a really nice person and wanted to make sure we looked at properties that met exactly what we wanted. We looked at about 16 different properties in a two day period, never did we feel rushed or pressured in any way shape or form. We felt like a member of our family was giving us a tour of the area. Needless to say after we narrowed it down to two properties we did our land purchase through him and it was the smoothest real estate transaction ever! I hope you took the time to read all of this and sorry for being long winded but trust me I have many more good things to say. This is the ONLY agent I have recommended to other friends and family. Now we can't wait to move!!

As a result of my inquiry into real estate in mountain home Arkansas, I received a real letter, not email, not text, but a real letter from Randy Warlow, giving me some information about the area. I received many, many emails from other real estate and land companies but this was the only real letter. No pressure letter. Very personable and when it does come time to make the big move, I will use him.
