I had looked for a home / property for some time on my own until I had the best idea of what I was looking for in the end.
So I finally got serious about the area and type of place I was looking for and contacted Joey Tudor. Joey and I met on two different days to look at properties, he was able to secure a good schedule for everything I wanted to look at and was very helpful in in suggesting a few others as a result of taking the time to understand what I was looking for. The last place we looked at on the second day is the one I decided I wanted to buy. Joey was a great resource to bounce questions off of to help me decide how much to offer and of course was instrumental in getting that placed and getting a positive response back, accepted as offered.
I made a a good deal in a tough market in the end.
Overall Joey was responsive and extremely helpful with the entire process I would absolutely recommend Joey Tudor to anyone looking for property in Arkansas.
I am not sure how far out from the greater Fort Smith area Joey travels but we did look at property roughly 60 miles from his home up in the beautiful Boston mountain area. So it seems that Joey is willing to travel a bit to help you find what you're looking for.
Overall My experience with Joey was very positive and worthy of a high review rating

Joey did an exceptional job selling a couple of vacant land properties for me located in Crawford County. He went above and beyond in his research and actually walked my properties from corner to corner prior to listing which is amazing. He is local to the area and understands Arkansas Real Estate as well as anyone in the state, I can't recommend him enough!
