We were able to go to Woodlands Rv Resort a few weeks ago and had a fantastic experience. The kids had a great time fishing in the pond! The sites were big, especially compared to most these days! The entire park was clean and the bathrooms were extremely clean. It was like you were at home! The park is close to the lake and it’s also close to town and several hiking trails! We will definitely be back the first chance we get!

Spent 5 nights at the Woodlands and could not have been more pleased. The pond is perfect for the kids to fish, it was quiet and the bathrooms and showers were the nicest and cleanest I’ve ever seen at a campground. The pool will be great as well in summer months.

We recently stayed at Woodlands RV Resort at Heber Springs, AR. What a great park. Our site was near the pond. We have traveled west to Utah, to east coast, south to Florida and several places in between. We have been in several campgrounds/parks. Woodlands has full hook ups, nice pool, shower houses and laundry facilities. Park has onsite host and very well maintained. This park is only few minutes to the lake and downtown area. We recommend you try Woodlands when you are in the area. We look forward to return here soon.

I believe this will be a really nice park when they get it finished. As it is still new, there are only some sites that have concrete pads. Those sites are huge. I chose to get a pull through site just so I would have more room. However, the pull through sites are relatively small and the one that I was on was not extremely level. I had my diesel pusher, a pickup truck and a boat. I could almost fit everything on the pull through site by Jack knifing the boat and truck. However, the next day I was very politely told that boats were not allowed in the park. They had to be parked on the top of the hill. And if you choose to stay here, be sure and get a concrete pad site. They are so much nicer and bigger. The park attendant said that they were working on making all of the sites concrete. Other than that, the park is very nice. Quiet and very close to the Heber springs. Recreational park which we used for the boat dock. Sorry this is the only picture I had and it was of the new boat and you can sort of tell the condition of the pads.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We were able to change our spot because the one we originally had was a bit too small to accommodate our pet fencing for our two dogs. The grounds are immaculate. The pool is brand new and clean. We enjoyed walking our dogs through some woodsy trails on the property. They have many permanent campers who take great care of their spaces. We will definitely be back again, as Heber Springs is one our favorite places to visit.

I first stayed in Woodlands R V Resort 2 years ago. It just gets better every year. From the beautiful colored fountain to the adorable swimming pool with the modern showers, laundry, office and meeting room to the cute playground and the neat little dog park I have watched woodland grow and get better and better. And now a pavilion will add to the enjoyment of a stay in this beautiful park. If your coming to Heber Springs stay at the Woodlands.

We stayed in this campsite for 2 nights and 3 days and really enjoyed our time spent there. It’s a newer campground with great amenities. The pool was open and was a perfect place to cool off in the heat of the day. Our site was perfectly level, we didn’t have to touch our Anderson leveling system and the hookups were clean and well maintained. They have a full service laundry room with washers and dryers, though we didn’t have to use them. They have several men’s and women’s bathrooms with showers in them that were immaculately clean. The camp host was super friendly and responsive to texts (we arrived after hours and didn’t get the WiFi code). The campsite is 5 minutes away from Heber Springs Marina, and though there are a couple other places to camp that are closer we drove by them and can confirm they are definitely not as nice. We loved this campground and will be back next time we want to play at the lake!

We've stayed at Woodlands RV resort several times this summer and have enjoyed each trip. It's close to the lake, but near town too. The sites are arranged, bathrooms are always clean and our kiddo loves the pool. Wifi signal is always strong and the laundry facilities are a major bonus too. We highly recommend Woodlands RV Resort.
