I am a current resident of one of their locations and received a non-renewal notice yesterday, stating that I must vacate by July 30th. I want to make it clear that I have no lease violations, no unauthorized guests, and no unauthorized pets. The only issue I’ve had was occasionally being behind due to difficult times—but I was always proactive, communicated clearly with the office, and paid within the notice period each time.

When I inquired about the reason for the non-renewal, I was told there would be no discussion or explanation. I also asked if there was a corporate office I could escalate to, and was told there is none. As someone who previously worked in property management, I find this not only unprofessional, but unacceptable—especially when the tenant in question has no documented violations.

I sent a detailed email requesting a meeting to discuss my concerns and asking whether my child—who is autistic—had any bearing on this decision. I have yet to receive a call or email from Hannah or Maria in response. While children are not listed as prohibited residents, it’s hard to ignore that there are very few children in the community, and it was notably difficult to get approved when I initially applied—possibly due to my child being listed.

To be forced to move at the end of July, right before a new school year, with no explanation, is both disruptive and disheartening. I had no intention of moving and had hoped to continue living here long-term.

For future prospective residents—especially those with children or those who may face life’s normal ups and downs—I strongly urge you to consider other housing options. While the property appears professional on the surface, the lack of transparency and compassion behind the scenes tells a different story.

Every management company has its ups and down when it comes to maintenance, but my experience when it came move out time was superb. We were overcharged for damages that were already there when we moved in, so I went ahead and called to try and refute. Taylor was so understanding and willing to help. She took the time to make sure the issue was corrected and was very apologetic for any inconvenience. Love the honest practices here 10/10

I recently had the pleasure of residing in this wonderful apartment complex, and I couldn't be more impressed. The maintenance staff is incredibly responsive and efficient, always ensuring that any issues are promptly addressed. The management team is also exceptional, going above and beyond to create a welcoming and enjoyable living environment. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained place to call home.

Living at Centerstone apartment homes has been decent. The maintenance men are all very friendly and prompt with how quickly they fix issues. They fixed everything from slow drains due to hair in the shower, to replacing the entire sink’s faucet, and they’re always good with making sure fire alarms work. The only thing no one cold ever fix was the ac/heat in my bedroom. My bedroom was a consistent 5-10° either hotter or colder than the entire apartment. There were times when the laundry room felt better than my bedroom. The office staff was pretty helpful, a little disorganized though. Also, all appliances and features are very outdated. Our dishwasher hasn’t fully cleaned anything in the year we’ve been here- even with pre rinsing dishes. It can’t even get silverware clean. The gate is ALWAYS broken. And good luck finding parking (even most paid parking spots are taken around my building) after 4pm.

My fiancƩe and I moved in about a year ago and have enjoyed Centerstone ever since! Every time we need anything or have an issue we reach out and hear back quickly. Issues are resolved thoroughly. The staff members are absolutely incredible. I have to say that there needs to be an option for more than five stars. Sierra and Trinity specifically are prompt, pleasant, and insightful. Their professional approach to problem resolution and customer service shines bright on them, their management, and Centerstone in general. These two personnel are central to what we have experienced to be a welcoming, safe, authentic, and warm community. They deserve the highest commendations and reward that this company can afford. I have not had the opportunity to meet maintenance face-to-face, but I must say that they always treat our apartment with respect and care. I cannot overstate the tremendous peace of mind that we have due to collaboration between all involved people.

I have been living in Argenta flat for the past two years since I moved to Arkansas. It has been an great experience. The location is perfect right in the middle of the argenta district, few blocks away from all the great summer events , amazing restaurants ,coffee shops and cigar bar. Also, The sunroom in the leasing office is my favorite study/reading area.
I want to take this opportunity to thank Ryan the property manager for being nothing short of exceptional. She has always followed through with every concern that I have had. Teri the leasing agent for always being kind and welcoming. I will be moving out of state but I will always remember how they made me feel which is, ā€œat homeā€.

This place is awful to rent from. I live here at one of their properties about a year and a half ago. When I applied I was told that I could move in at the first of the month in August and thought perfect as I was moving out of my rental house the same day. 2 days before move in they told me that the property wouldn’t be ready for another week. I ended up being homeless for that week as they wouldn’t do anything to help alleviate the situation. Also when I moved in I was told the house was all electric and I didn’t have to setup with the gas company. Come winter time the house was freezing and I couldn’t understand why. Called maintenance and they told me that the gas was never setup and that’s why I had no heat. Absolutely the number one worst renting experience I have ever had. The management never answers their phone and will leave you high and dry. AVOID RENTING FROM THESE PEOPLE!
