We bought a house from eagle rock reality a month ago and to say the least we were completely deceived by both the sellers and the listing agent Carter Archer. The amount of issues that were most definitely known and not stated and issues that were said to be fixed which were a REQUIRED fix for us to go through with the sale were only temporarily fixed. Major issues like leaks and mold arose within a week of the sale and once again I state that Carter specifically said “these were fixed and won’t happen again”. After reaching out they said “we won’t do anything sorry” If you are looking to buy a house or rent do not use Eagle rock reality and especially don’t buy a house with Carter as the listing agent.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have lived at a duplex in sherwood for only 3.5 months. Since I moved in, I didn't have hot water for almost a month, my dishwasher has been broken since I moved in, I have no AC at the moment, my washing machine was flooding my living room from bad pipes, the house had roaches everywhere when I first moved in, the carpets are disgusting, my toilet has broken at least 5 times at this point, several of these times it has flooded sewage into my bathtub and all over my bathroom floor. The property managers are unwilling to fix anything at a decent speed, as well as they do crappy temporary fixed on everything. They advertise that they have a emergency contact number, but it never works, so if something happens on the weekend you are screwed. I could go on forever about how horrible they are. I have drove to their location almost 45 min away before during office hours and no one appeared to be there and the front door was locked. Stay away from this company at any chance you get!

A property I was showing great interest in for a long time doesn't have an on site office. With my work schedule being all different hours of the day , it's hard to make time to go to their main location. This causes communication issues where I have to leave to voicemail in order to contact anyone , or the fact their isn't an office on grounds is kind of inconvenient because people with busy schedules can't always go at certain times. It's a shame cause the one in interested in is one of a kind and in sure it's more difficult to get into because it's not a high capacity complex. The design and structure is great and ideal and BRAND new. I tried viewing 2 times and their has never been anyone available when I'm free and I would hate missing out on something great because of timing issues. I would rather have a person with cash that day willing to pay up rent for a year and go above and beyond to try to be very accommodating to them because that's guaranteed rent for one year and PAYED in advance RENT.

The apartment complex was worse than projects. The apartments look nothing like online pics. The apartment I was shown was nasty, and the bathrooms were incredibly horrible. The people look like addicts. One complex literally is situated behind a strip mall. The blinds were crumpled. The guy showing the apartment appeared to be afraid 😨 If you need somewhere to lie your head, it's better than being on the street; but it is not for someone who is used to at least decent apartment.

Don't lease from these people. They have zero customer service and they don't answer phones or return messages. They lied to me about a property they leased to me and refused to let me out of the lease once I made them aware of how bad the neighborhood is. There is a drug dealer less than 500 feet from me. Everyone has told me it's the worst street in Russellville with all sorts of crime. Not one person, not two, but every person that asked me where I live told me how bad the neighborhood is. Eagle Rock says they didn't know. Then my house was broken into and the door completely busted. Still they would not let me out of it. Then they have lied and stated they notified me they would be showing the property which 100% not true. These people are not good people. Oh and the address 601 S. Independence Avenue 72801.

Do not rent from these people I just moved more like a force move I admit I had been behind on rent but once it became 0 balance they charged me 776 dollars attorney fees but there was never a court date set the only thing I was guilty of was being charged 30 days of late fees which made it hard to catch up on rent

Nick Woods went above and beyond the expectations I had for a realtor. Excellent communication with potential buyers and myself. My home sold at a great price in relatively short amount of time. We closed on my single family home knowing I had chosen the right realtor. So certain of Nicks ability, we chose him again when we listed commercial property for sale. The property had many challenges including needing major repairs and being part of an estate. Nick can thru with creative ideas that opened up opportunities for potential buyers and got us under contract. By thinking outside the box we got a great price for the property. The greatest thing was Nick taking the time and being concerned to find the right buyers- Not just make the sale. Nick Woods with Eagle Rock Realty & Property Management gets my full recommendation.

They fix nothing iask to fix holes in ceiling and other minor issues. They blunt Said they will not fix or correct any minor issues
I was like wow. Over priced And when lease up I will not renew
