FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY!!! I have lived at June Beene for going on 4 years now and have had ZERO issues with my apartment, or the grounds it is located on.
As for Trinity Development, BEST rental company I have ever rented from hands down! I have never had to wait days for a work order to be completed, it's usually knocked out within a few hours.
On top of that, the office staff is amazing and EXTREMELY helpful!
If you're looking to rent, look no further than renting from Trinity, they will not do you wrong!

Stayed in June Beene apartments for 5+ years and always felt safe. Quiet neighborhood. Trinity management always provided excellent service to tenants and any maintenance request were done in a timely fashion.

Trinity employees in Conway office are inconsiderate, judgemental,and unprofessional. They are one-sided and apparently you paying your rent on time monthly means nothing to them because at the first noise complaint by anyone who was previously employed with them they will terminate your lease, it doesn't matter if you have kids or not...As long as someone is complaining constantly and you have to explain that this is all a bunch of lies and they try to give u three days for u and your kids to vacate because of he say,she say..Trinity is unfair and very rude and unprofessional but expect you to maintain your composure after they have jeopardize your living situation. I will never rent from Trinity and I advise you to think of other options as well.

I disagree. I would give them 5 stars. They have ALWAYS responded very promptly to any problems I've had. They are very pleasant whenever I call. I'm never felt like I'm a bother to them. I love my neighbors and the location is wonderful. I don't want to live anywhere else. This is home.

Cheaply built. I live downstairs and I can hear everything that goes on in the upstairs apartment even when they use the toilet and flush. They charge an extra $25 for a patio and the only thing you can see is the apartment behind you. When your lease expires if you don't want to stay for another year and sign a 6 month lease instead, they charge you an extra $25 month, so instead of $750 month, you have to pay $775 month. The don't repaint when you move in, so you have spotted walls. I wonder will they hold that against you when you move out? The gate is ALWAYS broke down, so they should cut the amount of rent they charge. When you call the downtown office about anything, the lady there is horrible and has the worst attitude! She should not have any job dealing with the public!!
