As a former retired real estate broker/owner, I know how difficult it can be to find a dedicated knowledgeable real estate agent. After much research, I decided to work with John Morris. Prior to even listing the land and much to my amaze, John came in with a buyer followed by a contract. The offer was fair to all parties, and we went to closing without a hitch. John is honest, ethical, reliable, professional, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I reside out of state, and he handled everything for me. John Morris is the real 'LAND MAN'.

Our realtor, Williams Lyons was awesome. He served as a dual agent that did not take sides. This was very important to us. Purchasing land is always stressful. We worked with Steven Jones and he above anyone else knows how hard it was for us to find land that suited our needs. Travis Daniel was our agent and our experience was amazing we would recommend him to anyone who wanted to sell or buy property.

We had a Deal on this property that was done agreed upon! DONE Deal agreed by both parties and Jesse says well someone else has bid on it over the holidays, which should have never been an issue right, because we have a done deal 👈 we even hired the lawyer and title search done!! We lost the property due to his negligence in the process
Never will use them again 🤬 buying or selling

I recently contacted Matt Burnett, one of the agents for Southeaster Land Group, about selling a piece of property that I own in Etowah County Alabama. After he took a look at the property, he sent me a copy of his listing agreement for my signature which was a significantly longer term and higher commission than average. Despite my concerns over the agreement and commission, I responded to the email with a couple questions("What's the plan for marketing the property?" etc) to which he responded that he is no longer interested in listing the property and there are plenty of other agents in Gadsden I could use. If, like me, you're seeking an agent willing to answer questions and be completely transparent with you, I would suggest that you do what I'll be doing and look elsewhere.

You’ll notice that most of the better reviews of this company are from people that work for them. They will tell you whatever you need to hear to get a listing and then provoke you to take much less than they originally proposed once offers are received. I’m 68 years old and I’ve never experienced anything like this kind of approach. Deal with someone that will tell you the truth rather than someone that will tell you what you want to hear. War Eagle!
