We met Gloria Bartlett with SmallTown Realty by chance after requesting a viewing for a home through Zillow, and I knew from that moment on that we wanted her to be our buyers agent. Gloria is honest, professional, prompt, extremely responsive and just an overall amazing human being! Gloria was always looking out for our best interest, even when we walked away from a home we had an offer on due to seller/listing agent misrepresentation just 2 weeks before the scheduled closing. When we finally found our forever home she guided us through the entire process, and helped us make our dream home a reality. We are forever grateful for Gloria!

Very professional and kind. Gloria was always timely, informed and well prepared. We had a strict deadline to be out of our rental. Gloria stayed in great communication throughout the entire process and constantly worked for us until we found our home. She was always on top of her job so we would have our home by the deadline. Larry was great to work with, he was very patient with us and wanted to make sure we found the right home for us. He didn't care about just making the sale. We spent well over a year searching and even put in a few offers, but the first offer, I went into a panicking mode. Larry worked hard getting all the paperwork ready, we signed and everything, but something just didn't feel right to me. It didn't feel like it could be home to me. I called next morning canceled everything apologized and even offered to pay Larry for all his hard work but he wasn't having it. He simply said, take your time, you will know when it's right. Almost a year later, he with was right. During that year of searching, we got to meet his wife Gloria, they are a pleasure to deal with. Never felt any pressure. We will be selling our other home soon and we will be using Larry's services again to sell. I highly recommend him.

We did not have a "traditional" sale of our property. There were many obstacles that had to be dealt with regarding the property. Small Town Reality is a great company to be doing business with. They are not only very professional and knowledgeable company in realestate they are awesome people to work with (you are treated like family) and their response time is pretty much immediate; not to mention how fast they found a buyer for our property.
