85 Burk lane Talladega Al, i put in an offer after a private lender had seen this home inside and out, The house is appraised at $30 thou , so we came in at $35 thou with $5 hundred earnist money. they came back at $45 thou and we counterd at $37,5 .they never responded , my 78 year old mother is heart broken, yall had a sale. and the young woman that 1st showed it was very sweet , just not very realistic .
