I have remained a tenant here since February 2017 and it has been under 3 different managements. This can be a great place to live on Lake Wedowee if there were a better quality of people and that is the goal for the new management over Riverbend Place and to strive to keep it more of a clean, safe, and peaceful place for tenants to reside.
