Just got a home in this neighborhood and I wouldn't recommend anyone buying one. If you do, make sure you go slow through the walk through don't let anyone rush you. The amount of issues I have found has been such a headache. Between the spare bathroom leaking due the builders plumbing team not sealing pipes, to the bathroom shelving piercing two holes in the AC line, to now finding out that they didn't make my island the correct height to make sure the cabinets line up correctly.... The sales agents in the office are great, didn't have any issues with them. They are also the reason I gave this post two stars and not just one. I just can't believe how much the builders rush through these homes. Word or advice to Meritage, SLOW DOWN and make sure things are done correctly and at least double checked because my wife and I agree that due to all the issues, it really has taken the joy out of buying a new home. If you do buy a home here I hope your experience is better than mine.

I am living here now, the house and price are acceptable to argree for most people thinking to buy a new house! Specially, they only build a single family home for thier entire neighborhood or community! If you did not liked two story house and this is a place to purchase your new home!
I highly recommend Meritage Homes!!!

I love meritage and their spray foam insulation keeps the heat out of your home living in Arizona you can also most sleep in the attic when it's 100+ degrees outside
