Architectural work done lacks creative thinking and design. Rooms are basic and the living spaces leave you wishing for more. I think they need to look at what other people in other cities are doing for inspiration. I think because houses are selling they beleive they are selling dream homes. When you are one of just few home companies. It is like choosing between mcdonalds or burger king but if five guys dropped their prices everyone would be going there.
