Staff strives hard to perform multiple tasks within the prescribed framework. Mostly pleasant whether calling or visiting in person. Appreciate the online services being offered & expanded. Some personnel are hard to reach & response time could be better.

Absolutely horrible service here you try to be as flexible as you can with these people but they are extremely hard to work with not helpful at all I need permits ASAP and all they do is waste your time
