Bakker Construction worked with us to prioritize refurbishment issues, understand the cost, and do the design, all without lots of fuss. They resolved issues with the City in a timely matter. Their designs were great and we love what they did, more every year. The crew and Shawn were honest about costs and timing. It far exceeded our expectations & is just beautiful. When that was completed we had the existing 100 year old cottage remodeled. Needless to say surprises popped up frequently. Bakker's crew always had creative solutions to fix the issues. The cottage is now perfect.
