Freddie Medina, owner and crew remodeled my kitchen a year ago February. I was very pleased with the work they did, and the cost was reasonable. Recently I asked him to give me a quote for my bathroom area. I was shocked when he quoted $37,500 for a 65 sq. foot project. Nothing about this project was put in writing. I was disappointed, but will keep looking.
