This was our first time selling a home. We wanted someone who really knew the Castro Valley market. No doubts, that is exactly what we got. Leslie, Kristen and the entire team at Evolve Real Estate made the process pretty smooth and easy. From the start to listing the timeline out, with getting the home inspections done, staging, open house, and all the other paperwork that comes with selling a home, they handled everything like a pro. This was our first experience selling a home. Leslie and her team were super thorough in guiding us through the entire process from beginning to end. Leslie helped us get everything ready up front prior to listing including home inspections and HOA documentation which sped up the closing process tremendously. In fact, we ended up closing in just 14 days! If you're looking for an experienced team, look no further. They are super responsive, professional and really wonderful to work with. Leslie and Kristen were an absolute godsend to our family. I found myself needing to take on the enormous task of emptying and selling our family’s house, which had been lived in for several decades.
