I have been through 3 realtors before working with Rob. 2 of them helped me to buy and sell and 1 helped me to just buy. Unfortunately we had not had a good experience with them and I was very concerned who I need to work with this summer - I need to buy and sell again since we decided to move to different neighborhood but I know it would be much tougher than the past since the market got more challenging. I happened to work with Rob and it has been awesome throughout although there were a bit of hiccups here and there. I will share my experience and opinion on why I think Rob is a great agent anyone who wants to buy or sell should consider.
1) Never experienced that buyer agent arranged all inspectors to come to my new house to address all the questions I have - which was very helpful!
2) There were a few grey area that I wasn't sure what to do when I make an offer, Rob guided me to always right direction with clear explanation.
3) Especially all the process on making an offer was very good. His guidance has been brilliant and I could not have bought the house without his help.
4) All the communications I had with Rob has been always reasonable and pleasant.

When we completed all the transactions(buying and selling) my wife and I were very grateful to have Rob. I just want to acknowledge his great work and share the benefit with other folks.
