Diane has done an outstanding job helping us with our Los Gatos home. Diane was referred to us by a friend and it was the best thing our friend could have done for us. Buying our first house with Diane was a great experience. This was actually our second interaction (she previously helped someone in our family purchase their house a couple of years ago), so this was not a surprise. Buying our first home was intimidating, but Diane was calm and reassuring throughout the entire process. She was always accommodating to our busy work schedules and offered to meet us at any time that was convenient for us. We thought we knew what we wanted, but (of course) this changed a little along the way and Diane was incredibly patient with us. She was very response (text, email, or phone) anytime we had questions and asked to obtain the disclosures to all of the properties we were interested in. Before we started looking at properties, Diane had a meeting with us to figure out what we were looking for, give us advice about how to approach the process, and remind us that we would need to be patient in this crazy housing market. Once we found our house (first and only offer!) she went above and beyond to figure out what we needed to do in order to get it. Yes, we went above our initial budget, but if Diane hadn't given us a gentle nudge to perfect our offer based on her experienced instinct, we would've been edged out. After the offer was accepted, she professionally orchestrated the escrow process and made sure everyone involved completed their tasks to meet our closing deadline. As if that wasn't enough, she went even further to help us contact the city to determine if we could make certain changes to our property, met with contractors at the house while we were at work, and continued to reinforce that we made the right decision while we were having some post-purchase anxiety. Diane is your ideal agent and we are convinced that her demeanor with the listing agent was the final piece that got us our house. Overall, we couldn't recommend her enough!
