I WAS a first time home buyer but with Joanna's help the process of purchasing my first home is complete. She held my hand every step of the way, had answers to every question I could imagine and the resources to help during the searching process. Had it not been for her and her team I don't feel like this dream would've come true. Now my wife and I are settling in our forever home which has done wonders for our marriage. If anyone doubts the value of a great realtor, doubt no longer. I met Joanna as a lender, my client buying a home from Joanna's client. In these situations I generally have limited contact with the seller's agent (Joanna). However, Joanna proved why she isn't a typical nor average realtor. The home sale/purchase ran into several obstacles and when lessor realtors wouldn't have had answers and bailed on the transaction, Joanna stepped up and, like the warrior she is, led the charge to get it done. She pushed and found answers for everyone involved, solutions everyone was really happy with - even though it wasn't all Joanna's job or responsibility.

Her genuine concern to make sure her client got what they deserved while also finding "wins" for everyone else was amazing. And she is the reason the home sale closed and everyone was happy. In a situation like this, this is not common... but neither is Joanna.

Fortunately for me, this was not the end of my experiences with Joanna. And as I have more experiences with her I continue to be impressed with her genuine care & love for her clients, her professionalism, her knowledge, and her determination to be the best at what she does.
