It was nice meeting her. Unfortunately we didn't take the apartment as the move-in dates didn't suit me. It is a great place and community.

Exceptional Apartment Viewing Experience with Miss Angel!**

I recently had the pleasure of viewing an apartment, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish!

Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the property manager Miss Angel, who was not only friendly but also incredibly knowledgeable about the apartment and the surrounding area. They took the time to answer all of my questions and provided valuable insights about the community amenities and local attractions.

I loved that I was encouraged to take my time during the viewing. I was given the freedom to explore the apartment at my own pace, which allowed me to envision living there more clearly.

Overall, my apartment viewing experience was exceptional. I left feeling excited about the possibility of moving in and appreciated the professionalism and care demonstrated throughout the process. Highly recommend this property and the team behind it!

First I would like to get started with the property management. Rebecca is the manager here and I would like to say she has a NASTY attitude. A lot of my neighbors agree with that statement.
Second of all the cleanliness of the property. If you don’t want to deal with cockroaches, rats, bugs, raccoons & possums don’t move here. We have brought this up to them for years but they don’t seem to care. We took matters into our own hands and setup rat traps around our apartment & inside our apartment we were able to catch a few rats and mice inside & out the apartment. You will find dog poop all over the property. The trash cans are always piled with furniture which is always sitting there for weeks maybe even months until someone does something about it. Another thing, if you need maintenance done in your apartment expect to call them at least THREE times for them to actually fix the problem. Ever since this new management has arrived this property has been a complete mess! Last but not least is parking. If you’re not home by 7pm there will be no parking and if you park on the red or the side of the building the management will be yapping telling you to move your car and to “park it at the shopping center down the street” if you don’t find parking. Mind you I don’t pay thousands of dollars to park my car down the street. If you want to save yourself a headache find another much nicer property for the price point. You’ll thank me later.

Moving in to Aviare so far has been a great experience. There were a number of slight fixes in the unit that needed to be done after move in, but everything was handled with ease and haste by Mariah and the maintenance team in the first couple days. Beautiful community, great location in Cupertino, modern interiors and appliances, overall very pleased with our new apartment.

Very pleased with Angel who we worked with a lot when getting the lease. Toured around 10 apartments over the weekend, and Angel was by far the friendliest and most helpful agent we spoke with. Many agents at other locations were apathetic or even rude, was great meeting with someone who put in the effort to care.

Aviare apartments is fantastic, Ms ANGEL has helped in tour and on boarding. Her help is sublime. Apartment is close to school, shopping groceries, restaurants and freeway 280. All in all best people, best service and timely services for any problems with utilities and appliances.

Avaire is the best apartment I have lived. I had allergy when we first moved into the apartment because we lived in first floor and there are a lot of trees in cupertino. Avaire apartment manager actually help us to move into a third floor without addition charges because of my bad allergy. I am so appreciated.
Also Avaire take so much responsibility for their residents. Officers in Aviare are very friendly and the gate usually close at night which make the place so safe to live.

The services were prompt, and the management staff exhibited a friendly and accommodating demeanor. Additionally, the community is child-friendly, and the pool area is a notable highlight. Great place to live, move in was great and the team at the leasing office and maintenance are very friendly and helpful. The place is very quiet and well maintained. Thank you
