It was great working with Carlos and his Interos organization. Clearly he and his team have it all together. Carlos was extremely organized and thorough. He made sure I understood the market dynamics, interest, rate impact, as well as potential buyer dynamics.
The initial meeting was very professional, followed by a market assessment, a thorough plan to sell my property as well as a view of historical timelines for my type of unit as well as other homes in the area. There’s nothing more terrifying than putting your home on the market in a tumultuous and unpredictable market where nothing is guaranteed, buyers have the upper hand, and contractors who do a great job for a fair price are few and far inbetween. Fortunately for us, Carlos, who came very highly recommended from several family members (yes several!) ensured that during every step of the home selling process was stress and headache free. He made the whole thing such a hands-off process for us—literally hands-off since we had recently moved to another city.
