We had great success with Maggie and John. Our house was placed under contract within a week of getting on the market, with double digit number of offers received above listing price. Maggie and John were everything we needed them to be - They listened , and were flexible to work with our preferred (and a bit crazy) timelines, they shared market trends (before/after election impacts, up/down markets, job reports, school & travel cycles), advised on pricing and marketing strategies, worked directly with other agents and their own client pool, provided multiple staging options, as well as coordination of chosen services. They were always available, day/night and weekends (=calls, texts, or they’ll simply stop by as needed) and offered to deal with anything that came up (for example: John got a plumber for us and came several times to meet with him in person to ensure all is well. Maggie came specifically to speak Chinese with the guys she called to pickup our extra trash before and after we moved out), they checked in on the cleaners, and the painters, and came back to ensure the missed items were redone, and they even made sure everyone provided receipts….

purchase in the bay area. She spent lots of time understanding our

Maggie is diligent. We looked for houses during the holiday seasons.
When we gave her a house list, no matter if it was on a holiday and/or
on a heavy raining day, she always made arrangements in a timely
manner and was with us patiently during the visits. Arranging visits
and being around with buyers sound like basic requirements to a buy
agent, but I know not all agents can always meet these requirements
well.

Maggie is understanding. For the houses we were interested in, Maggie
might have not always agreed on the offers we proposed, but she
respected our decisions and submitted our offers. When we were against
her suggestions and rejected a counter-offer, she still gave
understanding and support to our decision.

The whole purchase ran smoothly, and we got our dream house at a
decent price. Thank Maggie for all her support and guidance.
