I’m very happy with the service. Jose was the technician who handled my request, and he did an outstanding job. He was not only professional and skilled but also very friendly and caring.
He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the issue was fully resolved before leaving. It’s always reassuring to have someone like Jose working in our community — someone who genuinely cares and takes pride in their work.

Leasing experience was very smooth so far. Joshua did an exceptional job during the tour and was very responsive over emails/phone. Will update the review once we move in but so far so good.

my move in was smooth and maintenance is very responsive using their app. the location is great with a 99 ranch 5 minute walk away and traffic here
is relatively good for the bay area provided you dont have to drive too far west during rush hour

Did not enjoy my time here. Between the management, constant water leaks and mold concerns, and having someone urinate on my door was enough to make me move. In the end, they are trying to make me pay for a full repaint and cleaning, even though I had a perfect move-out checklist. Which from what I am seeing, is against California rental code. I feel this was something that management added after the fact. Beware of the management here!! Now I have to talk to a lawyer to deal with them. Fun times.

I've been living at Arioso Apartments since 2022 and have had a wonderful experience. The community is peaceful and well-maintained, with beautiful landscaping and plenty of amenities. The management team is responsive and friendly, always addressing any concerns promptly. The apartments are spacious and modern, with high-quality appliances and fixtures. I appreciate the sense of security and community here, and I highly recommend Arioso Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to live.

Overall we have loved living at Arioso. Great location, beautiful apartments with plenty of sunlight, and no issues with management. Maintenance requests have taken a bit of time to be addressed which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5.

We moved in recently from other city. Booked this place online though, so didn’t get to tour the property in person. After we moved in, we requested multiple times for showing us around, but the staff kept on ignoring our request.

Arioso Apartments is easily the best complex I have lived in Bay Area so far! And Joshua is the best manager to work with!

I absolutely love the bright and spacious 2 bedroom apartment we lived in for about 15 months between 2021 and 2022. Despite facing north it received ample sunlight and now we miss having the extra storage and closet space we had at Arioso. The renovated kitchen was fabulous!

I also really like the trees in the yard that bloom in the spring and
make fantastic feeling like it is snowing. And the attention to details in the outdoor spaces like light strips instead of boring lamps in the hallways.

The location is great too, not only for Apple employees, but also for anyone who uses highway 280 - ramps are super close!

Lastly, I can't say enough about how responsive and nice Joshua has been to me and my family! Joshua made sure our experience
at all stages from moving-in to living and moving out has been smooth and great! Tess and everyone else from staff I worked with have been great to work with too!

Lastly, I wish Arioso had elevators, but it is just a nitpicking. I definitely like this complex more than any one in this area!
